Dragon Warrior[edit]

Hi Vince, thanks for your email. I tend to keep SW related communication right here on the site, so you're welcome to respond here (I'll see it), or directly on my talk page. For better or worse, we're not the most talkative community, so if you're not getting a lot of feedback on your edits, the saying "no news is good news," usually applies. You're free to indicate that the Fighter Ring is less effective on the NES version, I just didn't want to remove it for any players playing a more updated version that corrects the bug, it really does increase your likelihood for critical hits. As for grinding, I typically farmed Goldmen in the round patch of forest north of Hauksness. For XP, I tended to find Metal Slimes too much of a hassle to chase down, I just kept pushing into areas that had strong enough enemies to keep my XP gain worthwhile, mostly to the south of the map.
