"Since antiquity, priests have agonized over keeping heritages and their belief on God. For this pure purpose, they studied the use of magic as peaceful tool. Their magic is warm and respectable, because it is used to cure wounded and to make the world safe. Priests are always admired from everyone.

However, sometimes they give fear to the people in the name of God. Some of them fall in to the dark side due to their distorted or blind belief of God. Priests usually stay and practice in priories in deep forests."

Priests weapons are wands. They have less defence and health then most classes, but make up for it with buffing and healing skills. They have magic spells also, making up for their low attack. Priests work best with parties. Dark Priests have debuff skills and damage over time skills. Bishops have very useful buffs, healing and resurrection skills.

How to become a Priest

To become a priest, a character must complete the quest, “Way of the Priest”.

The quest requires to kill 40 Flying Peaches and bring Fiona 5 Monkey Hat Ornaments and an Advanced Class License to complete. To receive the quest to become a priest, please go to Saint Bashura in Ozi Village.

You can receive the quest from Fiona there.

Stat Builds[edit]

These are merely suggested builds.

You only need to put points into Int and Spr. Str only adds damage if you use the level 7 and below novice weapons. Dex does nothing for Priests. Since priests have a long range, a few strong elemental damage skills, and the need for MP to use their support skills going pure Int or 3:1 Spr is suggested.

The type of build you use will vary depending on what you plan on advancing to for the second job. Priests can become either a Dark Priest or a Bishop.

Dark Priest
  • Full INT
  • 3 INT, 1 SPR
Bishop
  • Full INT
  • 2 INT, 2 SPR
  • 3 INT, 1 SPR (more mp less hp)

The second build is to have extra health for partying to survive, but this could be over looked if you use the heal skill on yourself when in danger.
