The workshop is a facility which allows a staffed engineer to create two worker gremlins that can staff adjacent rooms. The gremlins may perform any job that an engineer could normally perform, including excavation, construction, and staffing.

Gremlins may only be sent to rooms directly above, below, or to the left or right. They may not be sent to diagonally adjacent rooms, nor to nonadjacent rooms.

The workshop has no technology requirement.

Has a single staff slot for an engineer. When staffed, an engineer will create two additional worker gremlins, who can perform engineering jobs in cardinally adjacent rooms.

Provides an additional staffing slot, whose function is identical to the one that was already there.
