Civil vehicles do not provide any construction capabilities, but instead offer unprecedented mobility. Useful to get to a place in a hurry, or for early in the game to unlock fast travel destinations.
As vehicles, they can also be used as fast travel destinations themselves. Parking these in hard to reach positions, such as on opposite sides of a bridge under construction, allows for more convenient travel.
There is only one civil vehicle in the game, with a second being DLC content.
