Veteran Strategies
This is probably the hardest mission of the game to do on veteran as there is no way to make it easier. There are some strategies to do but practice is the key.
Room 1

Throw a flash on the right entrance to the room, from the stairs you just used. Even if the flash got into the next room, it should stun all the enemies in this room. Right after the flash explodes, go into the room from the left entrance. Take out enemies quickly. There should be three to dispatch.

Saving the VIP
Shooting the head seems to be the most reliable method of beating this part. A shot to the leg can register as a hit to the VIP. Once the terrorist is hit, a nice spray of goo will burst out. All that is needed is to jump out of the plane. The achievement will be unlocked. If you came this far, congratulations.
