Lazy templates
I love being lazy and copy pasting key elements of things. That and I can never remember how the spacing is supposed to be. If you want to you can add snippits of your favorite templates here too (As long as they are correct).

Town info things may actually be suggested equipment, I can't tell. More proof reading should help to figure these out.
