Collect the first Heart Frame below the chest to obtain two egg shots.
Shoot the two Snakeys to either side of the chest and push them to the walls. Collect the Heart Frames behind each Snakey. The lower left frame will give you two more egg shots.
Push the Emerald Frame above the chest up. Shoot both Snakeys on either side and push them away from the center. Collect the two remaining Heart Frames, then walk down to collect the key.
Push the Emerald Frames above the bottom skull, and below the top skull, so that you trap the skulls into the rows below the rocks, so that they can't escape when they wake up.
Collect the two Heart Frames along the left wall if you haven't done so already. You'll get two egg shots.
Walk to the right, and push the two Emerald Frames above and below the trapped skull to the left. Push the middle frame up or down, and then shoot the Skull twice to remove it.
Collect the three Heart Frames behind the removed Skull, and then collect the key before that Skull has a chance to return.
You'll need to take the right exit and clear the screen above before you can take the left exit.
Round up every Heart Frame except for the one directly above the lower right Gol (just to the left of where you entered).
Push the Emerald Frame down to the level of the remaining Heart Frame, then push it to the right. When you can, push it down one space, and then place it between the last Heart Frame and the Gol below it.
Now collect the Heart Frame, and walk straight to the key.
At this time, you can return to the room below and walk through the left exit to reach the room to the west.
