Walkthrough[edit]

The first level of the second expansion proves why it's called Loopy Landscapes as you start with a set of icebergs floating in the middle of water. Two icebergs already have rides with a Bobsled Roller Coaster, a mini golf course, and a Chairlift that connects one island to the other. If you've gotten here from Corkscrew Follies, then reaching 1,250 guests in three years shouldn't be difficult for you by now.

The first thing to do is to connect the iceberg that the Chairlift goes too with some path. Without that path, guests will have to take a very tedious way underground to get back to the first iceberg. It's always better to have direct, short paths to ensure guests get to rides without getting tired. After that, hire another mechanic to patrol the empty iceberg so your first mechanic can focus on the roller coaster and set all inspect times to 10 minutes. While you're at the ride windows, raise the admission because the rides and the entrance are both free for some reason. You can't change the admission fee in this level, so tweak the ride fees: at least $4 for the coaster and about $1 for the mini golf and Chairlift. Hire a couple of handymen as well. Plop down some stalls for food, drink, and bathroom. Finally, set your research to maximum and focus on Roller Coasters first since you only have four to work with.

The iceberg with only a Chairlift station is the perfect spot to get started on building a second coaster. Thankfully, there is a lot of free space for you to make another coaster and the Steel Mini and Steel Roller Coasters are very versatile. However, keep in mind that the water is deeper than it looks and building over it will quickly go through your money thanks to the cost of supports. The same goes for your pathways, but once you make profit with a couple more coasters and an On-Ride Photo Section, this should be eventually irrelevant.

Connect these two areas before building your park.

Expanding to the other icebergs shouldn't take too much money once your profits soar with three or so coasters. It's best to start with more coasters or other track-based rides if you want to have numerous tunnels in the icebergs like the pre-built bobsled. You should easily reach above 500 guests at the end of your first year and continue the momentum into the second. As always, advertise if you're low on attendance.
