As you can have 2 teams, you can use any strategy you would like to in this matter, still, to win, you will need to have at least one of the 2 mechanic groups focused ONLY in tech, you should get about 450 tech total on one team to make decent S level cars (Mach car or the Kairo car)

The second team was used to get all the analysis stats possible, helping with upgrading and researching while the first team is just a builder/repairer.
