When Meikyuu Shima/Kickle Cubicle was localized outside Japan, several islands were moved from Fruit Land to subsequent lands.

Koke attacks throwing giant balloons that split into four upon impact. In order to defeat him, Kickle has to kick back at him 4 balloons in the Western version, or 5 balloons in the original version.
