When Meikyuu Shima/Kickle Cubicle was localized outside Japan, only three original islands of Fruit Land were kept, although in an easier form. Of the remaining fourteen, eleven were moved to Cake Land, one to the Special Level and two were completely removed. The Western version of Fruit Land features six islands from the Japanese Garden Land an eight new islands.

Piro
Piro, Japanese version

Piro attacks throwing giant balloons that split into four upon impact. In order to defeat him, Kickle has to kick back at him 4 balloons in the Western version, or 5 balloons in the original version.
