Valkyrie No Densetsu is a platform/shooter arcade game that was released by Namco in 1989 only in Japan. It runs on Namco System 2 hardware, and is the sequel to the 1986 Famicom game, Valkyrie no Bouken: Toki no Kagi Densetsu.
Template:Continue Nav In Valkyrie No Densetsu, the players must take control of Valkyrie (who is not an actual Valkyrie from Norse mythology, just a warrior maiden from the heavens who happens to be called that), and her sidekick Sandra, a green lizard. They must fight their way through eight different stages with their sword and trident.
