Now that you are done with the third door go over to the fourth door and enter it. Once inside you will have to fight away the Koopas Mario Bros. style once again and after kicking away the last one there will be a Steering Wheel left behind. Pick up the Steering Wheel and travel to 1520 where you will find yourself on a boat. Go to the bow of the boat and stand over the hanging anchor and put the Steering Wheel there. Just as all the other times before another newspaper will pop up.

Come inside the fourth door again and defeat the Koopas again. Like the previous times the last Koopa will leave behind an item and this time its the New India Flag. Pick it up and transport yourself to 1947. Head off to the right until you reach a big palace in the middle. Place the flag there and a newspaper will come up.
