Again set in a factory, the sixth world of the game is once again comprised of five stages; Stage 45 also has an enormous slime, which, when killed, will spurt blood as it deflates and immediately cause all the other enemies on the stage to die with it (but as with the regular-sized slimes, it is a fast mover).

Stage Image Enemies present Bonus items Hidden bonus items Time
41 6 slimes and 4 armadillos N/A N/A 51 seconds
42 2 ghosts, 4 slimes and 4 ducks 3 hamburgers N/A 41 seconds
43 4 slimes and 4 ducks N/A 16 strawberries at top-left, top-right, bottom-left and bottom-right 61 seconds (1:01)
44 8 armadillos N/A N/A 81 seconds (1:21)
45 1 enormous slime, 2 regular slimes and 13 armadillos N/A N/A 100 seconds (1:40)

Once you have spat enough shots at that enormous slime on Stage 45 to make it deflate, you can sit back and enjoy the game's silent ending sequence:

THE END

Oddly, the then-42-year-old Toru Iwatani was not credited for coming up with the idea of the protagonists; the game shall then go back into attract mode.
