Once the electro-mechanical diorama has lit up for the final time, one Mr. Jow, one Unagi, one Piranha and one Tuna will appear at all four cardinal directions at the centre of the screen, as they all make their way towards the sunken ship; and once you have fired a shot at each to kill them, the sunken ship will move slightly to the left and the trapdoor has opened, as twelve Unagi, six Tuna and six Piranha appear and make their way towards the bottom edges of the screen. Once you have fired a shot at each to kill them, the sunken ship will move and the trapdoor will open again, as twelve more Unagi, six more Tuna and six more Piranha emerge, and again, begin to make their way towards the bottom of the screen; and once you have fired a shot at each to kill them, a large whirlpool will form at the center of the sunken ship, as a final assault of two Blue Ghost, six Unagi, ten Pirahna, eight Mr. Jow, eight Tuna, three Green Ghost, two Yellow Ghost and two Red Ghost will combine together with the whirlpool to form Boss Water Ghost; and once you have fired enough shots at him to defeat him, he will explode as all the enemies mentioned above will fly out of him, and can be shot at for bonus points. If you did score 350 or more points though, then sit back and enjoy the ending, which shows the four ghosts fleeing from the Southern Island presented in the game's attract mode, as they cry and fly away towards the top of the screen, as the text "THE END" is shown on screen, as the high score table will appear onscreen; you will most likely have the highest score on the cabinet to date, so enter your initials with pride; and once you have done so, the game will go back into attract mode. On the final page is a way to access the secret ending in the game.

Once you've cleared this scene with a score of 350 or more points, you'll be treated to the game's ending sequence, which shows four Ghosts (one of each colour) fleeing from the Southern Island seen in its attract mode as they cry and fly away off the top of the screen; the text "THE END" will now appear on the screen. The game shall then go into high-score mode - and your scores will most likely be the two highest ones on the cabinet to date, so you'll have to enter your initials at the top of the table with pride regardless of which way around they are positioned.
