This is Andariel's lair. It's laid out with an entrance containing dark ones and some shamans accompanying them.  There is a double door that opens into Andariel's throne room; within the throne room itself there are are zombies, dark ones, tainted and Andariel. However Andariel does not show herself until you walk past the two first columns in the throne room, which will grant you time to kill the other monsters before Andariel comes forth. It is advised to be prepared and set up a portal before facing her. Because when she starts attacking you she will pursue you a long way, maybe all the way to the stair way, if not upstairs after you.
