Next, Deliver a Cruddy Crovis to Mrs. Scratch of Wetsuit Dry Cleaners on Seaweed Street. Take the Clovis back to Barney then head to Hook's Clock Repair on Barnacle Boulevard. He wants you to go out and find three Squirt Guns, so go fight Cogs and bring them back to him, and he'll give you the Clock Spring to take back to Barney.
