Head north for a cutscene with the merchant.  Polka needs a new [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Weapons|Blossom Parasol]], Beat a [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Weapons|Magnum Arm]], Frederic a [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Weapons|Mistilteinn]], Viola a [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Weapons|Artemis's Bow]], Salsa a [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Weapons|Muspelheim]], Jazz a [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Weapons|Soul Creator]], and Falsetto a [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Weapons|Jiao Zhu]].  The [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Armor|Cursed Armor]] is for Jazz and Allegretto but it is not recommended because it causes Darkness Body.  For Polka and Salsa, buy the [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Armor|Gorgeous Clothes]].  Buy a [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Armor|Fog Cloak]] for Frederic and two [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Armor|Obscure Jackets]] for Viola and Falsetto.  Resting with the merchant is recommended to bring your characters back to full HP.  Then save your game.  Head north into '''Mt. Speak with Aloof Fiddle and play [[Eternal_Sonata/Score_Pieces#Score_Piece_11|Score Piece 11]] for a Rank A and a [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Accessory|Sunlight Guards]].  Also, play [[Eternal_Sonata/Score_Pieces#Score_Piece_12|Score Piece 12]] with him for a Rank B and a [[Eternal_Sonata/Items#Use_Items|Floral Powder]].  Return to the fork and take the north path now to get to '''Mt.
