God of War III is the latest installment in the God of War series, exclusively released on the PlayStation 3 on March 16, 2010 in North America, March 19 in Europe and March 25 in Japan. It is the fifth chapter in the series chronologically, after God of War: Chains of Olympus, God of War, God of War: Betrayal, and God of War II.
