Doctor Chakwas lost an old bottle of brandy on the old Normandy. The mission is to purchase one from a store and give it to her. Obtainable from the planet Illium in the Eternity Bar. This assignment is started by asking Doctor Chakwas if she has everything she needs in the med bay.
Special Ingredients
Mess Sergeant Gardner feels that that the crew deserves better food, but with the supplies on board, cannot make anything on the level that the crew deserves. He asks you stop by a store on the Citadel, purchase some special ingredients, and bring them back to him so he can make better food. They can be purchased from the Zakera Cafe. This assignment is given when you ask Mess Sergeant Gardner if he has everything he needs on the crew quarters deck.
FBA Couplings
FBA Couplings are needed to increase the amount of time between calibrations of the ship, the mission is tofind them on Omega and return with them. They can be purchased from Kenn's Salvage. This assignment is started by asking Engineers Daniels and Donnelly on the engineering deck if they have everything they need.
