On her birthday, a young girl receives a cute plaything from her parents. Through unmoving eyes, her other toys almost seem to notice this from the box on the floor. In the middle of the night, the forgotten toys appear on the girl's been and vanish in an instant. The new doll tumbles harmlessly off the dresser in shock and sadness, but a doorway that presumably leads to their destination opens up. Without a second thought, it jumps through it to find its new owner.
