The Tsubaki Mk-II unlocks right after you pay the entrance fee for this fight(if you gave Naomi the government secret before paying) so you can obtain it at Naomi's lab before going to the Atomic Drop Ward (that's the name of area where you enter the fight. It's on the map in your motel room) | |||

At the end of the cutscene you get your box of LBs and vitality and the 5th rank
