Enemies

  • Kiki

Throws coconut bombs at player character. Defeated with any attack.

Pickups

Ring 5-50

Speed shoes - temporarly increases speed

shield - one time invulnerability

Super shield - twenty seconds of invulnerability to all enemies and terrain

Upgrades

Sonic's Upgrades

  • Light Speed Shoes

Allows Sonic to use 'Light Speed Dash', which lets Sonic run at light speed on a trail of rings. Found in the Station Square Sewer (Underground area).

  • Crystal Ring

Makes charge-up time of 'Light Speed Shoes' shorter by two seconds. Found in the Station Square hotel.

  • Ancient Light

Allows Sonic to use the 'Light Speed Attack'. Works the same way as 'Light Speed Dash', but use near an enemy to attack multiple enemy's at the same time. Found next to Angel Island (Sitting on a rock).

Tails' Upgrades

  • Jet Anklet

Allows Tails to fly faster. Found in crack in the roof of the Station Square sewer (Next to Twinkle Park).

  • Rhythm Badge

Allows Tails to do the 'Tail Whip Attack' repeatedly. Found in Tails version of 'The past'.

Knuckles' Upgrades

  • Shovel Claw

Allows Knuckles to dig underground. Found in the cave next to Tails' Workshop.

  • Fighting Gloves

Allows Knuckles to do 'Maximum Heat Attack'. Found on a ledge above Big's Hut.

Amy's Upgrades

  • Warrior Feather

Allows Amy to twirl her hammer at high speeds, but don't spin to much, or Amy will get dizzy and be open to attacks. Found after beating 'Hedgehog Hammer'.

  • Long Hammer

Gives Amy the 'Long Hammer'. Found after beating your previous score in 'Hedgehog Hammer'.

Gamma's Upgrades

  • Jet Booster

Allows E-102 Gamma to hover. Found in the room on the left of the deck below the Egg Carrier.

  • Machine Gun

Makes gun-fire shoot more rockets per shot. Found in the room opposite to the 'Jet Booster'. Only found after Egg Carrier crashes.

Big's Upgrades

  • Lifebelt

Allows Big to float upwards when in water. Found in the Ice Cave.

  • Power Fishingrod

Allows your cast to fly farther. Found under Big's bed in the rainforest.

  • Fishing Lure 1

Stronger fishing line. Found in the 3rd rainforest cave.

  • Fishing Lure 2

Stronger fishing line. In sewer. (Next to Twinkle Park)

  • Fishing Lure 3

Stronger fishing line. Icecap Action Stage next to the dinosaur skeleton.

  • Fishing Lure 4

Stronger fishing line. In prison cell on the 'Egg Carrier'.
