This article needs renaming! Its name does not follow current naming conventions and it needs to be moved. Please move this page so it has a more appropriate name ("Star Trek: 25th Anniversary/Computer" has been suggested), or help by discussing possible changes on the talk page.

This is a list of topics recognized by the ship's computer. They provide information both for the Star Trek universe and internal information for topics concerning the game, and also hints.

(Each word links to its entry in the Memory Beta wiki of non-canon Star Trek information. Video game elements are non-canon in Star Trek canon.)

Notes

  • There is no need to enter a full name, the player only needs to enter the first three letters or more to find related topics.
    • For unknown reasons, USS Billy Bishop and USS Constitution do not appear in "USS" searches. However, the former does appear on "SS " (with space) searches. USS Constitution will not appear even when its name is searched, but it can be found by searching for "disruptors".
  • Entering part of a character's full name that isn't on the title may lead to results, like Tiberius for Kirk and Marius for Dr. Tinka. Nicknames however will not work, like Harry and Bones for Mudd and McCoy.
  • Entering some ranks will result on related topics:
    • "Captain" displays Kirk, Grant, Keeler, and Pike.
    • "Doctor" displays Daystrom, Marcus, McCoy, and Marata, but not Dr. Tinka.
      • Similarly, "dr." displays Dr. Tinka, Daystrom, Marcus, and McCoy, but not Marata.
    • "Lieutenant" displays Scott, Sulu, and Uhura.
      • "Commander" also displays Scott, as he is a lieutenant commander.
      • Although Lt. Mira Romaine has her rank on the topic name, she will not appear when her rank is searched. Additionally, unlike "dr.", "lt." is not a valid entry.
    • "Ensign" displays Chekov.
    • "Yeoman" displays Rand.
