Table seems incorrect

The table at the bottom of the page seems incorrect, it contradicts the table at the top of the page and other sites say that Tauros can be found in Pokémon red.--Rocky (talk · contribs) 17:51, 30 April 2009 (UTC)

Something's wrong

I can't obtain surf following this guide. I reach a zone were i need to cross a pond to progress.
