Welcome to StrategyWiki!

Hello T.testLP! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide or visit the IRC channel to chat, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the forums. To keep up-to-date with the goings on of the wiki, consider adding the noticeboard to your watchlist.

Please remember to sign your name when leaving comments on talk pages by clicking Wikisigbutton.png or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! — Moydow T · C 04:07, 26 November 2010 (CST)

Preload buttons

The preload buttons.

In order to keep pages on the wiki neat and uniform, we employ certain formatting and templates to help us accomplish this. When creating a new page, please use one of the preload buttons located above the edit text box, which will insert the needed templates and formatting for you. Thanks for keeping the wiki organized! — Moydow T · C 10:35, 1 December 2010 (CST)

Hey, don't forget to use the correct preload button when you create a new page. For most guide pages, you'll need the "Guide page" button, which is second from the left. It may take a while to get used to this, since you're probably used to just jumping in and editing on other wikis, but this is just one extra click before you start editing. Ask me if you've got any questions. Moydow T · C 10:51, 8 December 2010 (CST)

I'd just like to say thank you for expanding the Team Fortress 2 guide, and I hope that you will continue to make that guide and perhaps others the best they can be! Feel free to copy/paste that thank you box to your userpage. Keep up the good work, --Skizzerz 05:04, 18 October 2011 (UTC)

Dota 2 hero pages

Hi there. If you post a method for getting hero data (e.g. a link to the site's you referenced for data/images), on the Dota 2 discussion page, I will help create each hero page and fill in their infoboxes. --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 16:57, 14 September 2012 (UTC)

Aha, it most definitely is! I've been doing this sorta thing for a loooong time now :) Check out these pages and their histories: Dragon Warrior III/Enemies and {{DW3enemy}} - that was nuts (3 different games' content combined into one page)! And we're still not done! I still have to gather the remaining Game Boy Color images. Anyways, I'll try and help out. Whenever I see your edits I will be reminded to help add a page or something. --Notmyhandle (talk contribs) 04:02, 15 September 2012 (UTC)
