Characters

Yoshis

There are 8 types of Yoshi, each with its own color, but unlike Super Mario World, everyone has the same gameplay. Their colors are: purple, pink, red, dark blue, blue, green, yellow and brown. Each Yoshi passes a stage of each world. There are six worlds in total.

Baby Mario

A baby would be delivered to their parents. However, Kamek tried to kidnap him because he thought the baby would cause a big problem when growing.

Kamek

An old and powerful Magikoopa who manages to kidnap baby luigi.

Baby Bowser

Bowser in shape baby.

Baby Luigi

Baby Mario's brother. Was kidnapped by Kamek.

Special Items

These are items that can be earned for bonus and mini battles.

Watermelons

Super Green Watermelon: allows Yoshi shoot seeds at enemies. Super Red Watermelon: allows yoshi spit fire at enemies. Super Blue Watermelon: allows Yoshi spits ice balls at enemies.

Stars

10-point star: increases 10 seconds in timer. 20-point star: increases 20 seconds in timer. Anywhere POW: turns all enemies into stars.

Others

Winged cloud maker: turns all enemies into winged clouds. Magnifying Glass: reveals the red coins.

Eggs

Yoshi can collect eggs in your adventure. It can have up to six eggs. There are five types of eggs: Green Egg: is a normal egg. Yellow Egg: gives a coin if you hit an enemy. Red Egg: gives two stars if you hit an enemy. Egg brilliant: gives a red coin if you hit an enemy. Giant Egg: turns all enemies into stars.

Items

Flower

There are 5 in each stage. Getting all your earn a living, and each flower is worth 10 points total score on the stage.

Red Coin

There are 20 in each stage. Each one is worth 1 point in total points for stage.

Star

The most you can have is 30 and they increase the time that the player can stay with Mario on the bubble, when hit by an enemy. Each star is worth 1 point on the total points of the stage.
