- Red pandas aren't bears (as stated in Zoopedia).
- Ratels, ostriches, and aardvarks can kill lions.
- Goblin sharks and leatherback sea turtles have never been successfully kept in captivity.
- Tyrannosaurus rex, Deinosuchus, Deinonychus and Styracosaurus did not live in a tropical rainforest environment.
- The game portrays both the male and female okapis as having horns. In real life, only the males have horns.
- The ostrich and greater flamingo are portrayed as the same size, when they are not in real life.
- Baby Tyrannosaurus rex and Deinonychus may have had feathers.
- Dimetrodon and Ankylosaurus did not live in a wetland environment.
- Stegosaurus may have been able to kill Stokesosaurus as well as many other predators.
- Herds of Triceratops may have been able to kill Tyrannosaurus rex and thus would be able to match any other predator in the game.
- Ankylosaurus may have been able to kill Tyrannosaurus rex and thus they would be able to defeat any of the other predators in the game.
- Giant ground sloth was mostly quadrupedal and partly bipedal, instead of wholly bipedal as in the game.
- Ankylosaurus, Stegosaurus, Kentrosaurus, Tyrannosaurus and Doedicurus are far harder to kill in reality than they are in the game.
- Stokesaurus, Carnotaurus, and the Utahraptor would not be able to kill Tyrannosaurus.
- Most of the Dinosaurs are undersized in the game. Tyrannosaurus being the most obvious example.
- The velociraptor lacks feathers on the arms the only place where feathers were found on the actual animal.
- The Deinonychus and Utahraptors were feathered, instead of naked in the case of the Deinonychus and Female utahraptor, and only possessing a small headdress in the case of the male Utahraptor.
- Tyrannosaurus Rex in all likelyhood could swim.
- The european cave lion is not the largest feline, the American Lion was larger, as was Smilodon Populator.
- Stokesaurus did not use glasses, and it is unlikely that they would use an easel to paint.
- Deinosuchus did not possess spikes, and would in fact, resemble an giant nile crocodile.
- In reality, Deinosuchus could tolerate coastal biomes and often would foray into the western interior sea.
