Non-playable characters[edit]

This does not include characters trapped in Atla; see the corresponding pages in the walkthrough.

Norune[edit]

Fairy King

The Fairy King, aka the Spirit King, saved the world from destruction by the Dark Genie by encasing it in Atla. He then gave Toan the Atlamillia so that he could restore the world, possibly better than it was before. In the early part game the Fairy King is your mentor, giving instructions and advice on how to progress.

Mayor

The sole survivor of the attack on Norune other than Toan. The Mayor helps Toan out near the start of the game by providing the key to the Divine Beast Cave and giving out free supplies.

Dran

Dran is the guardian of Norune Village. During the attack, the Dark Genie clouded his mind and you need to release him from the spell.

Matataki[edit]

Treant

Treant is a tree fairy who is the guardian of Matataki Village. But the genie cut off his water supply and he's powerless without it.

Masterutan

Masterutan is the ape-like guardian of the forest. Like Dran, the Dark Genie clouded his mind during the attack.

Moon People

Brownboo Village, on the other side of the forest from Matataki, is a colony of the Moon People established hundreds of years earlier and which has since lost touch with the Moon. Their chief is very suspicious of Humans and orders that Toan be taken prisoner when he finds his way to the village.

Queens[edit]

Rando

Rando is a merchant who is the sole survivor of the port town of Queens. When Toan appears, he opens his shop so Toan can get supplies.
