Once your two chosen aircraft have reappeared on the screen they'll start moving forward for a fifth time as three Gold Ninjas and two Type 3 Air Wolves come flying down towards them from the top of the screen while firing projectiles at them; once you fire off a shot at each of them to kill them, three more Gold Ninjas and two more Type 3 Air Wolves will fly down towards you from the top of the screen, while firing projectiles at you.
Once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them, three more Gold Ninjas and two more Type 3 Air Wolves will come flying down towards you from the top of the screen, while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired a shot at each of these, to kill them, three more Gold Ninjas and two more Type 3 Air Wolves will come flying down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles at you.
Once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them, sixteen more Gold Ninjas will come flying down towards you, from the top of the screen; once you've fired a shot at each of these, to kill them, twenty-one more Gold Ninjas will rise up from the rock in the centre of the screen, then fly towards you while firing projectiles at you.
Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, four Red Tanks will come rolling into view from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles up at you - and once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, four more Type 3 Air Wolves will fly into view from the left and right sides of the screen while firing projectiles at you.
Once you have fired off a shot at each of them to kill them the background will start darkening as a Gold Booster and three more Red Tanks come rolling into view from the right side of the screen while firing projectiles up at you; once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them another Gold Booster and three more Red Tanks will come rolling into view from the left side of the screen, while firing projectiles up at you.
Once you've dropped a bomb on each of these to kill them, twelve more Type 3 Air Wolves will fly down towards you from the top of the screen, while firing projectiles at you - and once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them, three Type 3 Cobras will come flying down into view from the top of the screen, while firing projectiles from their cannons at you.
Once you've fired enough shots at all six of their cannons to destroy them and all three of their bodies to kill them, four more Type 3 Air Wolves will come flying into view from the left and right sides of the screen, while firing projectiles at you; once you've fired a shot at each of these to kill them you'll come to two more Red Tanks that are firing projectiles up at you from their positions on the left side of the screen.
Once you drop a bomb on both of them to kill them, a third Gold Booster and a thirteenth Red Tank will come rolling into view from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles up at you - and once you have dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them, eleven more Type 3 Air Wolves will come flying down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles at you.
Once you fire a shot at each of them to kill them four more Red Tanks will come rolling into view from the right side of the screen while firing projectiles up at you; once you have dropped a bomb on each of them, to kill them, eight more Type 3 Air Wolves will come flying into view from the left and right sides of the screen while firing projectiles at you.
Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them four more Red Tanks will come rolling into view from the left (for the eighteenth and nineteenth ones), and right (for the twentieth and twenty-first ones) sides of the screen while firing projectiles up at you - and once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them you will come to four Red Lograms and an Enebara that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on a building on the right side of the screen.
Once you have dropped a bomb on each of these, to kill them, four more Type 3 Air Wolves will fly down towards you from the top of the screen, while firing projectiles at you; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to two more Red Lograms that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the rock on the left side of the screen.
Once you have dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them, four more Type 3 Air Wolves will come flying down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, two more Red Tanks, two Type 2 Missile Tanks, and a fourth Gold Booster will roll down towards you from the top of the screen, while firing projectiles and missiles up at you.
Once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, you'll come to six more Red Lograms that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the rocks on the left and right sides of the screen; once you've dropped a bomb on each of these to kill them, four more Type 3 Air Wolves will fly down towards you from the top of the screen, while firing projectiles at you.
Once you've fired a shot at each of these to kill them, two more Red Tanks, two more Type 2 Missile Tanks, and a fifth Gold Booster will come rolling down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles and missiles up at you - and once you drop a bomb on each of them to kill them, four more Type 3 Air Wolves will come flying down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles at you.
Once you have fired off a shot at each of these, to kill them, two more Red Tanks, a Type 4 Super Tank, and two more Gold Boosters will roll down towards you from the top of the screen, while firing projectile up at you; once you drop a single bomb on both of the Red Tanks and Gold Boosters to kill them (and enough bombs on the Type 4 Super Tank to kill it), you'll come to four more Red Lograms that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the rocks, on the left and right sides of the screen.
Once you have dropped a bomb upon each of these, to kill them, four more Type 3 Air Wolves will come flying down towards you from the top of the screen, while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, two more Red Tanks, two more Type 2 Missile Tanks, and an eighth Gold Booster will come rolling down towards you from the top of the screen, while firing projectiles and missiles up at you.
Once you have dropped a bomb on each of these, to kill them, eight Babito will come flying into view from the left side of the screen; once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to two more Red Lograms that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the rock on the right side of the screen.
Once you have dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them, two more Red Tanks will roll into view on top of the rock on the right side of the screen, while firing projectiles up at you - and once you have dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them, you will come to three more Red Lograms that are firing projectiles up at you from their positions on that rock on the right side of the screen.
Once you have dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them, two more Red Tanks, two more Type 2 Missile Tanks, and a ninth Gold Booster will roll down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles and missiles up at you; once you've dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them two more Red Tanks will roll down towards you on top of the rock on the right side of the screen, while firing projectiles up at you.
Once you have dropped a bomb on both of them, to kill them, a tenth Gold Booster and two more Red Tanks will come rolling down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles at you - and once you've dropped a bomb on both of these, to kill them, eight more Babito will come flying into view from the right side of the screen.
Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, two more Red Tanks will come rolling into view on top of that rock on the right side of the screen while firing projectiles up at you; once you've dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them, you will come to three more Red Lograms that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the rock on the left side of the screen.
Once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, two more Red Tanks, two more Type 2 Missile Tanks, and an eleventh Gold Booster will come rolling down towards you from the top of the screen, while firing projectiles and missiles at you - and once you have dropped a bomb on each of them, to kill them, two more Red Tanks will come rolling into view on top of the rock on the right side of the screen, while firing projectiles up at you.
Once you drop a bomb on both of these to kill them, you'll come to four more Red Lograms that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the rocks on the right and left sides of the screen; once you've dropped a bomb on each of these, to kill them, two more Red Tanks, another Type 4 Super Tank, and a twelfth Gold Booster will come rolling down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles up at you.
Once you have dropped a single bomb on both of the Red Tanks and the Gold Booster to kill them, and enough bombs on the Type 4 Super Tank to kill it, you will come to three more Red Lograms, that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on that rock on the left side of the screen; once you have dropped a bomb on each of these, to kill them, two more Red Tanks, a third Type 4 Super Tank and a thirteenth Gold Booster will come rolling down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles up at you.
Once you drop a single bomb on both of the Red Tanks and the Gold Booster to kill them (and enough bombs on the Type 4 Super Tank to kill it) you will come to three more Red Lograms that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the rock on the right side of the screen - and once you drop a bomb on each of them to kill them, two more Red Tanks, a fourth Type 4 Super Tank and a fourteenth Gold Booster will roll down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles up at you.
Once you have dropped a single bomb on both of the Red Tanks and the Gold Booster to kill them (and enough bombs on the Type 4 Super Tank to kill it) you'll come to three more Red Lograms that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the rock on the left side of the screen; once you drop a bomb on each of these to kill them, you will come to six more Red Lograms and another Enebara that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on a second building in the centre of the screen.
Once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, you will come to six more Red Lograms and a third Enebara, that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on a third building in the centre of the screen - and, once you have dropped a bomb upon each of them to kill them, you will come to four more Red Lograms that are firing projectiles at you from their positions on the rocks on the left and right sides of the screen.
Once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, four more Red Tanks will push two Railway Guns into view from the left side of the screen while firing projectiles up at you; once you've fired enough shots at both of the Railway Guns to kill them and dropped a bomb on each of the Red Tanks to kill them, you'll come up to five more Red Lograms (that are firing projectiles at you from their positions in the centre of the screen).
Once you drop a bomb upon each of these to kill them, the text "RED ALERT, TARGET IN SIGHT" will appear on the screen, as eight Falcons come flying down towards you from the top of the screen while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you will come to two Enormous Rotary Cannons, as they start rolling away from you on their rails while firing projectiles at you.
Once you have fired enough shots at both of them to kill them, you'll come to two more Red Lograms firing projectiles at you from their positions on the right side of the screen; once you have dropped a bomb on both of them, to kill them, you will come to two Type 2 Killer Antennas that are rotating in a clockwise direction and Hyper Cannon in the centre of the screen (the latter of which will be firing projectiles at you).
Once you have dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them (and fired enough shots at Hyper Cannon to kill it), it will explode, and you will come to two more Red Lograms firing projectiles at you from their positions on the rocks on the left and right sides of the screen - and once you have dropped a bomb upon both of them, to kill them, the text "ROUND 5 CLEAR" will appear on the screen as you receive 2000 points for every group of Green and Blue Soldiers you picked up during the round.
Now onto the sixth round, where your two chosen aircraft will for a fifth time have to rescue groups of soldiers, as well as fight the game's second sea-based boss, Satan Midway.
