Normal Mode[edit]
In normal, you will be forced to send Lyn to the right entrance, whereupon Dorcas will attack her with a handaxe (and miss) on his turn. Also send Florina as well. Use Kent and Sain to block the main entrance, both with their swords equipped. Finally send Wil to the left wall, with the crack and have him shoot each turn at the enemies beyond it.
After Dorcas has missed, Lyn will recruit him and he'll critical hit the nearby bandit. Then send Florina up to the top right forest with her Iron lance equipped. Soon mercenaries will appear every turn, and its possible for Florina to kill one every turn, providing her with easy experience.
You can now send Lyn and Dorcas south to attack the boss, when Kent and Sain have managed to defeat the bandits at the main entrance. However, when you defeat the boss, the battle ends, so you may wish to wait until the last turn before killing him.
Hard Mode[edit]
The only differences in Hard Mode is that Dorcas won't automatically miss, and you'll have to make sure you recruit him yourself before killing him.
