The first wingman of Downtown.
Angel[edit]
The extra wingman of Downtown that defected from the Vertana to join said character.
Commander Stevens[edit]
Downtown's commander. Codenamed Rumbler.
Granuja[edit]
A smuggling boss that helped terrorist factions by supplying them with weapons.
Admiral Golovich[edit]
A pirate and monster that attacked the innocent people. He is a rogue admiral that controls his fleet until he is killed.
Bae Jung Tae[edit]
The leader of a pariah nation and owns a lot of high tech stuff. Ultimately, he is the primary antagonist and villain of the game.
