  • Move Snake.
  • Aim weapons.
  • Look around/aim in First-Person View.
A button
  • Hold to draw your current weapon. Release to fire it.
  • When unarmed, grab and strangle enemies.
  • Activate buttons.
  • Confirm menu selections.
B button
  • Executes a punch combo attack.
  • Knock on walls when pressed up against one.
  • Zoom in when using scope/PSG1.

  • Drop down when hanging from railings.
