There are 47 different weapons in Pool of Radiance, but only 32 icons.
Magic-users, clerics, and thieves can use a limited selection of weapons. The class with the most narrow choice is the magic-user, followed by the cleric, then the thief.

- C = cleric (5 weapons)
- T = thief (8 weapons)
- F = fighter (all 47 weapons)

All but two polearms (in green) are featured in Pool of Radiance and omitted in the rest of the series.
- Trivia: 11 of the 17 polearms have French names.
