A Mittron Enhancer is used to enhance a part ranging from Level 1 to Level 70. When you have obtained your Mittron Enhancer, select the part you would like to enhance.  Go to the part shop. Click on the tab that says "Modify."  Put the part you would like to enhance on the left square, and the Mittron Enhancer on the right square. Pay the toll of a few hundred Mito, and click Modify. Your part will be upgraded by 1 point and the name will chance from X to X+y, X being the name of the part, y being the number of times it was enhanced. I don't think there is a limit.

As of yet the limit to the number of times you can do this has not been found.

Usually, 2/3 tries will be successful, the other 1/3 is a possible fail. That doesn't mean the item will be destroyed and unequipable, it just means that the process did not work and the item did not undergo any changes. Another thing is about those "Unfinished Parts" that you get from collecting components, usually from Combos. When you enhance a Unfinished Part, it becomes a Hyper part. There is a little bit to say about hyper parts, but this thread is about Mittron Enhancers.

A Mittron Enhancer has a usage period of 24 hours, the time begins the second the Mittron Enhancer is obtained, after the 24 hours, the item will be useless and unusable.  Some people will still buy expired Mittron Enhancers if you're lucky.
