Bee Mario: As Bee Mario, you can stand on flowers and you can fly, however you can only fly untill the fly meter runs out so be carefull.Plus make sure you don't touch water or you will turn back to normal.

Boo Mario: As Boo Mario, you can float up and if you shake the Wii Remote, you can turn transparent so you can go through some walls. Make sure you don't touch light OR aproach other boos.

Rainbow Mario: As Rainbow Mario, you are invincible and can kill must enemies by just running in to them. You run faster by just keep running without stopping.

Ice Mario: Ice mario doesn't have many abilities but he has a very helpful ability that freezes water when you walk on it and can stand on water geysers.
