One house was forgotten here.  I think its in Bravil or Cheydenhal its 4,000 septums and it almost twice the size of the imperial city shack.  For the price I would pass up anything else because this house can have as much dressers and chests as the house in Anvil for 1000 dollars less.  Plenty of storage good house by far one of the best purchases in the game.  If you are scrounging for money to purchase a house the is a cave above Chorral it seems like an ordinary cave till you reach the sub-cave it  should be filled with ogres, minotaur, and trolls.  Sorry I don't have a name but the subcave is called the hall of titans and all foes are savage (meaning when you look at on or sneak up on one it will say savage troll, ogre ext.) and a little stronger that normal.  This cave alone got me over 5000 septums including items taken from enemys.
