Lucent Beam makes a beam of moonlight stike the target, dealing damage as well as mini-stunning. A good single target ability that does decent damage. Its mini-stun will be valuable for stopping channeling spells and teleports. With a mere cooldown of 6 seconds, it can be quite spammable, but you don't really have a large mana pool without items. It should also be noted that the level of your Lucent Beams with directly influence how powerful your ultimate is. | |||
