They are all synchronized and act as one GUILT, so you have to inject all three of them for any effect. Memorize the colors of each one, yellow, green, and purple. Once they have become transparent, inject each one with the serum of it's appropriate color. If you inject all three, they will burrow back into the liver, but if you can't they may make more tumors which you will have to treat at the end of the operation. They will come back, so repeat this procedure until the Tetarti has been eliminated. Treat any wounds, and close the pacient up.
