This is a unique exchange quest is done in Phantom Forest which is currently in GlobalMS. By turning in 50 badges or 25 of each badge to Joko from the four Crimsonwood guild monsters, the players rewards are high. Unlike the previous 2 exchange quests, the player can only turn in badges once a day, though this restriction is glitched and doesn't actually work.
