'''Tony Hawk's Pro Skater''' (also known as '''Tony Hawk's Skateboarding''' in Europe) is a [[Game Boy Color]] port of the [[skateboarding]] arcade-style game published by [[Activision]] and initially developed on the [[Playstation]] by [[Neversoft]]. The Game Boy Color version is still published by Activision, but produced by [[Natsume]].

Instead of full 3D levels with a checklist of goals, the Game Boy Color version focuses on a top-down view where skaters race from start to finish. There are two types of races: two skaters racing to the finish and four skaters competing in a tournament for the most points. There is also a half pipe mode where a skater can go back and forth on a half pipe to perform spins, grabs, and flips.
