Trig Jegman[edit]

User Description: I've been doing this schtick for a good few years now across multiple wikis and I think I'm capable to ascend a bit further. Having launched multiple maintenance projects, I hope to continue improving the site's organization with greater ease using Administration tools. Furthermore, I think the addition of a new administrator can help bring a different spin of ideas to the table. Furthermore, I've done a good bit of advertisement off platform in passing conversation. Trig Jegman - 20:55, 18 February 2023 (UTC)

Questions for the candidate
1. What sysop chores do you anticipate helping with?
A: Primarily, maintenance. Faster moving of files and deletion of redirects are massive time savers for everyone involved, both to reduce bot deletions and list assembly and to prevent myself having to build said delete lists. There has also been an increase of spam accounts to deal with recently that I would like to be able to take care of.
2. Of your articles or contributions to StrategyWiki, are there any with which you are particularly pleased, and why?
A: Project Clean-Up seems like the obvious choice, but I would specifically like to focus on Sourcemageddon, the box art sourcing project, as it has found tremendous success with multiple users contributing high quality, sourced box art for hundreds of games—sometimes even just providing a copy at all. This, in my opinion, helps pages looking fresh and further establishes a fair use setting.
Secondarily, while still in progress, I find a small amount of satisfaction in my work for Wario World as I typically do not write mainspace articles for any site I edit. Despite that, I think it is turning out quite well and I am excited to keep chipping away at this and a few other games as well.
3. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or have other users caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
A: This doesn't happen terribly often, as I prioritize getting a communal feedback for any action major or minor before actually executing something, but I would like to think that in any conversation I remain fairly level-headed and open for conversation. I try to provide multiple outcomes/solutions to problems as to accommodate varying viewpoints.
