Once Tony has appeared on the screen, you shall have to start walking to the right and collect four Frosted Flakes, jump back to the left up to a platform and collect four more Frosted Flakes, jump onto the first block of another (initially-invisible) four-block platform (which will only become visible once Tony lands on it, and the other three will become visible as he walks over them) and a third platform to collect three more Frosted Flakes in turn, drop down to a fourth platform to collect two more Frosted Flakes, jump back up to the third platform (and a fifth one) to collect nine more Frosted Flakes in turn, jump onto a sixth platform to collect the vitamin B1 and five more Frosted Flakes, and jump on a flying ant to kill him; once you have done so, you will have to fall back down onto that starting platform, jump over a pool of water to land on a seventh platform and collect five more Frosted Flakes, jump up to three more platforms which are moving up and down, and the first step of an eleventh platform, in turn, jump up onto the second step of the platform to collect five more Frosted Flakes, drop back down to the first step of the platform and jump on two walking ants to kill them. You will then have to jump up to the third step of the platform to collect five more Frosted Flakes, fall down onto the first step of the platform, and jump on two jumping ants to kill them - and once you have done so you will have to jump up to the fourth step of the platform to collect five more Frosted Flakes, drop back down to the first step of the platform, walk onto a twelfth platform, to make it move to the right, fall down onto the fifth step of the eleventh platform to collect the vitamin C, jump up to the sixth step of the platform, to collect five more Frosted Flakes, jump up to a thirteenth platform to collect five more Frosted Flakes, and jump on another flying ant to kill him. You then have to jump back to the left up to a fourteenth platform, drop down to a fifteenth platform, and collect the vitamin A, fall back down to the sixth step of the eleventh platform, and enter a door to proceed to a secret room (it's the first of many) underneath the platform.
Once Tony has reappeared in the secret room underneath the eleventh platform, you shall have to jump up to a platform to make it move up to another one, jump back to the left to collect a red key, drop back down to the first platform, walk onto another platform to collect five more Frosted Flakes and a milk bottle (the latter will render Tony invulnerable, for a while), jump onto the first block of a third (initially-invisible) five-block platform (which will again become visible when Tony lands on it and the other four will become visible as he walks over them) to collect eight more Frosted Flakes and run into a third flying ant while flashing to kill him; once you have done so, you will have to drop back down to the ground, jump up to a fourth platform, and touch an acorn-throwing ant while flashing to kill him. You shall now have to jump up to a fifth platform and touch another acorn-throwing ant while flashing to kill him; once you've done so, you will have to drop back down to the ground to collect four more Frosted Flakes and the vitamin E, jump back up to the fifth platform, drop back down to the fourth platform and the ground in turn, and jump on a charging ant and a fourth flying ant to kill them. You will then have to collect eight more Frosted Flakes, jump up to a sixth platform to collect a giant Frosted Flake (if you were unfortunate enough to get hit, it shall restore all your life-hearts) and jump on a spear-throwing ant to kill him - and once you have done so you will have to land on a seventh platform, jump onto an eighth platform that is circling around in a clockwise direction to collect the vitamin D, and fall down onto another spear-throwing ant to kill him. You'll then have to land on the ground, jump up to a ninth platform (to make it move up to a tenth one), walk back to the left and drop back down to the ground (to collect four more Frosted Flakes), retrace your steps back up to the tenth platform, walk to the right to collect four more Frosted Flakes and enter a door to exit the secret room (if you have missed any of the eight Frosted Flakes above the third initially-invisible five-block platform in the room you will have to reenter it if you want to collect them, but in the secret rooms where the doors have coloured knobs, you will not have another chance).
Once Tony has reappeared back on the sixth step of the eleventh platform, you'll have to drop down to two more platforms to collect six more Frosted Flakes in turn and jump on a third jumping ant to kill him; once you have done so, you will have to land on an eighteenth platform to collect eight more Frosted Flakes, a blue key and the vitamin B6 and jump on a third spear-throwing ant to kill him. You then have to drop down to a nineteenth platform and collect another giant Frosted Flake, fall down to a twentieth platform, to collect four more Frosted Flakes, walk back to the left, to collect five more Frosted Flakes, retrace your steps back to a second door (but this one has a red knob) and enter it to proceed to another secret room underneath the platform - and once Tony has reappeared in the second secret room underneath the twentieth platform you will have to collect eighteen more Frosted Flakes, then enter a door to exit the secret room (if you've missed any of the Frosted Flakes, you will not have another chance to collect them!). Once Tony has reappeared back on the twentieth platform, you'll have to enter a third door (but this one has a blue knob), to proceed to a third secret room underneath it; once Tony has reappeared in the third secret room, underneath the twentieth platform, you'll have to jump on four Tony Coins to break them into twenty more Frosted Flakes, collect them, and enter a door to exit the secret room (but again, if you've missed any of those Frosted Flakes, you'll not have another chance to collect them). Once Tony's reappeared back on the twentieth platform you'll have to jump on two more walking ants (for to kill them) - and once you've done so, you'll have to collect nine last Frosted Flakes, jump on three more jumping ants to kill them and press the button (or Alt ) while standing in front of the goal to end the stage. You'll then receive 10 bonus points for every Frosted Flake you collected; also, if you'd collected all six vitamins, you'll receive an extra life (but it is not actually necessary to collect either the cereals or vitamins to finish each stage).
