Promising Guide[edit]
A guide may only be the Promising Guide for one month, and only one month (aka they cannot be re-nominated). This gives other guides a fair chance to become promising guides without one guide taking the spot month after month. Maybe after a year or so it can be re-nominated (maybe), but don't count on much support considering it has already won.
