World of Horror (恐怖の世界 Kyoufu no Sekai) is a roguelike survival horror RPG made by indie developer panstasz and published by Ysbyrd Games and PLAYISM. It entered Steam Early Access on February 20, 2020, with the full game releasing for Windows and macOS on October 19, 2023, and on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 a week later on October 26.
Inspired by the works of H.P. Lovecraft and Junji Ito, the game is set in the year of 198X, and players take control of one of several young adults in the Japanese town of Shiokawa (Kitakata, Fukushima Prefecture in the present day), as they investigate various supernatural mysteries and try to prevent the end of the world from the awakening of one of several Old Gods.
