Zak McKracken
$12250
Annie Larris
$5450
Melissa China
$1138
Leslie Bennett
$342

Money can't be shared and CashCards can't be given to another person. However there are several ways to share money.

  • At Lou's Loans, Character A can give one of the sellable items to Character B. B then can sell it to Lou, and A can buy it and repeat the procedure.
  • At any airport, Character A can buy a ticket from the reservations terminal and give it to Character B. When B uses the terminal again, the ticket is refunded.
  • Melissa and Leslie can't share nor win any more money than they have. In any case, they won't need more than $400 in total.

Airway fares[edit]

Traveling throughout the world of Zak McKracken takes up money. To search around might require jumping from plane to plane until reaching a certain destination. This table shows the available destinations from each airport.

Notice that there is a neat symmetry between a departure, a destination, and the ticket price. This means that if you travel from place A to place B for a certain price, this always means that you can return from place B to place A for the same price. The only exception is Miami: you can travel there from Seattle but you can't return to Seattle; instead you can travel to Mexico, despite that from Mexico you can't return to Miam.

Bermuda Triangle is not included here; it can be traveled only through Miami for $99. This leads to the alien ship, where you may either return to Miami airport, teleport home, or land in the ocean.

Notice that traveling from the USA outside the USA requires the 'Exit Visa Codes', which is the game's copy protection. If you don't have the original game, you can can spend the game only by traveling inside the USA, and won't be able to complete it.
