Gattling Tanks will be needed to fend off the MiGs. Nuke Cannons and ECMs are optional, but both prove to be helpful when they're needed. ECM Tanks can scramble MiG/Tank Hunter missiles while Nuke Cannons with Neutron Shells can wipe out the Tank Hunters and empty large groups of enemy vehicles. If needed, build some Nuclear Missiles to soften up his base by destroying his Command Center and any Construction Dozers, then obliterate large groups of his vehicles. Destroy his War Factories/Air Fields/Barracks to cripple his offense, then finish off any Reactors, Supply Centers and the Propaganda Center.
