	Environmental Officer	After many years of study and her tireless efforts in local environmental politics, Wiebke Wiedenstock has finally found her calling as a conservation officer. As the city faces energy problems in addition to heavy pollution, she feels a responsibility to find sustainable solutions. She fights doggedly for the implementation of groundbreaking energy and environmental projects and acts as a mediator between the city council and the building administration. Her expertise as a botanist and biologist if of great value in putting forward good arguments for space-changing measures.
	Investor	He is a shady and cunning character. Konstantin von Bleideling wants to improve the image of the city by attracting the wealthy upper class with luxurious hotel facilities and nightclubs. Not infrequently he mentions his influence and noble lineage and likes to patronizingly put himself in the limelight. But can you really trust him? One thing is for sure! The investor looks first and foremost at profitable projects and his own profit optimization. He sees in the wallets of wealthy citizens the only way to lead the city into a bright future.
	Mayoress	Isabella Friedberg is the newly sworn-in mayor of the city. She has good leadership qualities and strives to improve the quality of life for all residents of the city. Although she may lack some professional experience, she knows all the crucial hotspots of the region. Participation in progress and a well-developed transport network for all residents are particularly important to her. Having grown up in the village, she knows exactly what the people need and wants to prevent the increasing rural exodus at all costs.
	Museum Director	Sunken treasure, secret corridors, and underground burial chambers. This man has seen it all. Prof. Dr. Hans Schmidt taught archaeology at universities for many years, has published numerous books, and has led digs in distant lands. His special area of knowledge is researching and preserving material culture and ancient knowledge. There's no one better equipped to leading the History Museum and setting up archaeological excavation projects.

	Harbour Master	As a former captain of the seven seas, the sharp-tongued harbour master, Liam O'Reilly, is in charge of rebuilding the derelict harbour area. Once upon a time, the harbour was a thriving nest of wild sailors and adventurers but today, hardly anything of that remains. The crumbling breakwater urgently needs renovation to withstand the next storm surge. In addition, the harbour master has long been tinkering with a concept to attract new blood to the harbour region. The grumpy sea dog also has some interesting thoughts on the boat-building tradition that has been declared dead. The future of the harbour is uncertain and turbid as the deep blue of a troubled sea.
	Tourism Officer	As a real estate agent and tourism expert, Pam is working to develop the coastal area so that the next vacation season is not left to chance. The city's proximity to the beach is perfect for a well-planned vacation resort and is just the first step in a series of construction measures along the coast. Her vision is clear in this regard: the dilapidated bathing beach should once again become the hip flagship for Sunny Haven and attract young and old to the beachfront with plenty of leisure activities.
	Tech Entrepreneur	The young and energetic entrepreneur, Skye Dunner, wants to inspire the people of Sunny Haven for technological progress. At the tender age of twenty, she already made her first million and shortly afterwards founded her own research institute, Gigantic Solutions. She truly has brilliant expertise and the necessary financial resources to make innovative projects a reality. Skye has always been inspired by the scientific research of her father on her side, who had made a name for himself during his lifetime by exploring the universe.
	Mayor	Jim Hardfield once coached the local college football team. Because of his community service and popularity, he was eventually entrusted with the office of mayor. Unfortunately, voices against running for another term are growing louder. Many residents of the inner districts feel disadvantaged and forgotten. Young people, too, are visibly lacking prospects, which is why the city has to fear an increased exodus of some sections of the population. But Mayor Hardfield is not giving up and firmly believes that he can give people a better perspective again with the right construction projects.
