The boss of Sora no Kuni is Reidokku, an enormous mechanical swordfish who moves from left to right at the top of the platform, firing marbles at Alice before charging towards her; his point value is again 20000.

Once Alice has dropped onto the platform and the world's theme starts to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151, start walking forwards by pushing the joystick into the "north-east" position as two Ei come hovering towards you; once you've blown a bubble at both of them, to kill them, you will come to four Tombows, that are flying round in circles on both sides of the screen. Once you've blown a bubble at each of them, to blow them away, you'll come to two cross-shaped platforms that are moving left and right - and once you've jumped onto either of them, you will have to use them to reach a static cross-shaped platform which has a stick of five blue-and-white marbles spinning around in an anticlockwise direction in its centre. You'll then have to jump onto one of two more cross-shaped platforms, that are moving left and right, as two more Ei come flying towards you and you'll come to four more Tombows that are flying around in circles on both sides of the screen; once you have blown a bubble at each of them to kill them you will have to jump onto another static cross-shaped platform which has a stick of five green-and-red marbles spinning around in an anticlockwise direction of in its centre. You will also notice a Box on the left side of this platform - and once you have blown a bubble at it to break it open, it will leave a Balloon behind. Once you have collected it, you will have to jump up to one of two more cross-shaped platforms which are moving left and right while as two more Ei come flying towards you and you come to four more Tombows that are flying around in circles on both sides of the screen; once you have blown a bubble at each of these, to kill them, you will have to jump onto a third static cross-shaped platform which has another stick of five blue-and-white marbles spinning in an anticlockwise direction in its centre. You'll now have to jump onto a small square platform that is moving left and right and use it to reach a small static square platform while watching out for a seventh Ei that's flying towards you and two more Tombows that are flying around in circles upon either side of the screen - and once you have blown a bubble at each of them to kill them, you will have to jump onto another small square platform moving left and right and using it to reach another small static square platform as two more Ei come flying towards you. Once you have blown a bubble at both of these, to kill them, you will have to jump onto a third small square platform that is moving left and right and use it to reach the next platform; you will now have to jump onto a fourth small square platform that is moving left and right, then use it to jump onto one of two more platforms which have five orange walls moving up and down on them (which will, once again, bounce you back if you touch them). Once again, you should time your jumps over these orange walls carefully - as the parts of both platforms after the second and fourth walls are moving to the left and right and there are also two second Boxes after the first walls on both platforms, which will both leave a Red Crystal behind. If you had jumped onto the left platform, you will also come to three more Tombows that are flying around in circles on the left side of the screen once you have jumped over the third wall; once you have jumped over the fifth wall on either platform you will have to jump onto a fifth small square platform moving left and right, then use it to reach a stationary platform shaped like a ghost regenerator (from Namco's own Pac-Man series) with another stick of five green-and-red marbles spinning in an anticlockwise direction in its centre. You will then have to jump onto a sixth small square platform moving left and right and use it to reach another stationary platform shaped like a ghost regenerator (which has a third Box on its left side - and once you have blown a bubble at it to break it open, it will leave another Red Crystal behind) before jumping onto a very small rectangular platform moving left and right and using it to reach a small chequered platform moving back and forth. You will now be carried over to the fifth boss platform; once you've jumped onto it, the "boss" theme will start to be heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for a fifth time and you'll be drawn into a battle with Reidokku, a giant mechanical swordfish who attacks by moving from left to right at the top of that platform while firing marbles at Alice, then charging directly at her to stun her before pulling back up to the top of the platform for another attempt. Once you've blown enough bubbles at him to defeat him, the "stage clear" theme is heard from the Yamaha YM-2151 for the fifth time as he explodes and leaves a portal to the next world behind which Alice will promptly jump into - and you will now, for what is the fifth time, receive 10 bonus points for every tenth of a second you have remaining. It's also worth noting that the next world is the last unique one, but the first one to have Nazo No Uchi coming out of Boxes if you get too close to them.
