Hi Halosonic. I'm not really as familiar with Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald as I was with Red/Blue/Yellow or Gold/Silver/Crystal. So I'm not going to be nearly as knowledgeable about those Pokemon. All that I can offer is some copy editing in terms of grammar/spelling. To that end, I'll do what I can, but I am confident that your knowledge of Pokemon is quite sufficient to come up with constructive critiques of the Pokemon that you encounter on your own.
